Since the beginning of 2017 LLC “Marine Recruiting Agency” has increased the number of graduates by 58%
In the first half of 2017 LLC “Marine Recruiting Agency” (MRA) trained 1 713 specialists in marine, road-building and warehousing trades, which is by 58% more than during the same period of 2016.
In the 1st quarter of 2017 cargo turnover of the LLC “Universal Forwarder” (UF, a part of UCL Holding) amounted to 4,6 mln tons, which is by 15.6% more than during the same period of last year.
In the first three months of 2017 JSC “Container terminal Saint-Petersburg” (CTSP, member of UCL Holding) spent over 3,8 million rubles on the corporate social, environmental and charity initiatives (2,4 times more than in the same period last year).
Container volumes at JSC “Container terminal Saint-Petersburg” (CTSP, member of UCL Holding) in Q1 2017 amounted to 157 600 TEU (7,8% more than in Q1 2016).
In the first three months of 2017 Container terminal Saint-Petersburg (CTSP) invested RUB 84,2 million (38,3% more than in the same period last year) in upgrading and refurbishing its facilities and equipment.
A ceremonial opening of the Volga Shipping Company (part of the UCL Holding) navigation on the Upper Volga took place on April 25th. The company vessel Volgo-Don 5050 passed through the gateway of the lock No.13 of Gorodets Hydro Power Plant and headed for Cherepovets for metal loading.

In 2016, the ships operated by V.F. Tanker (part of UCL Holding) have carried 3.5 mln tons of cargo. During the accounting period the average shipping distance was reduced, which resulted in retention of the company’s cargo turnover at the level of 2015 amounting to 4.5 bln t/km.
In 2016 JSC “Container terminal Saint-Petersburg” (CTSP, member of UCL Holding) invested approximately 1,5 billion rubles into the terminal development program. The company increased funding 2,3 times (compared to 2015) to purchase the new handling equipment and finance the port infrastructure.
