In February-March 2018, the companies of the international transportation group UCL Holding — Universal Forwarder, Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg and North-Western Shipping Company — performed a unique joint project
Volga Shipping Company (a company of UCL Holding) has been announced the winner of the competition held by the Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot) and named the “Industry Leader” in the “Cargo Shipping Company” nomination.
In 2017, Multipurpose Reloading Complex LLC (MRC, a company of UCL Holding) won the competition of the Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot) as the “Industry Leader” in the “Marine Stevedoring Company” nomination.
Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg JSC (SP SPb) and Freight One (companies of UCL Holding) have signed a liaison protocol for planning the supply of loaded railcars and arranging their handling at the lines of the port. 
Volga Shipping Company (part of UCL Holding) is preparing 183 vessels for the navigation season, 5 more cargo ships than in 2017. Fleet maintenance facilities and ship repair yards are repairing hulls, engines, mechanisms, electric and radio equipment.
In the first half of 2017 LLC “Marine Recruiting Agency” (MRA) trained 1 713 specialists in marine, road-building and warehousing trades, which is by 58% more than during the same period of 2016. 
V.F. Tanker Ltd. (part of UCL Holding) has been announced the winner in the Industry Leader competition held by the Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport in the nominated category “Best Shipping Company” among Russian cargo carriers engaged in overseas transportation of liquid bulk cargoes.
During the period between the 2015-2016 navigations V.F. Tanker has implemented an extended fleet repair program.

In JSC "Tuapse sea trading port" (TSTP) recorded a new record daily discharge trains – in installed processing capacity of 345 port in railcars, February 19, 2015 discharge amounted to 395 cars.
